SOC and cybersecurity monitoring.
Technology under our care.

Match safety signals with a specific response. We help plan monitoring, event analysis and incident handling in a model tailored to the risk and capabilities of the organization.

A SCOPE TAILORED TO YOUR NEEDS

From analysis to everyday action.

  • Analysis of event sources
  • Monitoring plan and SIEM
  • Threat detection rules
  • Escalation and incident response
  • Security reports
  • Reviews and improvement of security

The scope of supervision responds to risk

First, we indicate systems, data and events important to the company. We determine which sources of information are available and what response is possible when a problem is detected. Monitoring without the owner of the alarm does not provide a complete service process. Therefore, the project also includes operating hours, contact paths and rights of people undertaking activities.

Events from different systems in one image

Information from servers, network devices, accounts and station protection may require joint analysis. We select log sources, rules for transmitting them and retention. SIEM tools help connect events, but their effectiveness depends on configuration and data quality. We agree on rules and check them on scenarios appropriate for a given environment.

Alarms that lead to action

The notification should specify the significance of the event, the resource involved, and the next step. We establish priorities, escalation rules and how to document findings. Repeated false alarms require tuning so that they do not obscure important signals. We implement response automation only to the agreed extent, with control of its impact on the operation of services.

Preparation for handling an incident

The response plan describes who makes the decision to disconnect the device, change access, or restore data. We include securing information needed to clarify the incident and contacting system owners. Practicing the script allows you to spot missing roles. In an emergency situation, the team uses a proven plan and does not look for a procedure from scratch.

Protection reporting and development

The summary should help you make decisions: indicate events, actions taken and recommendations. We agree the scope of reports with technical and managerial people. Reviews allow you to take into account new systems and changes in the way you work. We limit access to monitoring data to agreed roles, and the processing rules are described in the service documentation.

FROM NEED TO SOLUTION

What might such a project look like?

An organization using remote work can start by supervising logins, servers and end devices. In the pilot, we check how to detect unusual access and who will decide on further actions. The results are used to refine rules and communication before expanding supervision.

TRANSPARENT COOPERATION

You know what we do.
And what will be the next step.

01

We get to know the environment

We collect requirements, dependencies and limitations. We determine the goal and data needed to prepare the scope of work.

02

We implement and check

We prepare a solution according to the agreed plan. Tests confirm that the scenarios needed by users work.

03

We transmit and maintain

We document the findings and results of work. We can plan further administration, support and development of the environment.

Let's prepare a good action plan.

The scope of "Event source analysis" and the area of "Monitoring plan and SIEM" are worth assessing together with the current systems. A common list of dependencies helps indicate needed accesses, contact persons and activities that require prior preparation.

The plan for the "Security Reviews and Improvement" area can be developed together with the organization. It's a good idea to revisit requirements when the number of users, applications, or locations change, rather than assuming that the previous settings still fit the new situation.

Before we start implementing the project, we will agree with your team on the scope of assistance needed and the priorities related to the daily work of the company. To begin with, you will need: information about the current organization of the environment and examples of situations requiring improvement. After a joint review, we will be able to prepare a plan that meets the needs of your team.

ANSWERS BEFORE STARTING WORK

Questions about cooperation.

Does SOC replace antivirus?

No. Device protection is one of the sources of signals and security. The SOC process combines event observation, assessment and agreed actions.

Does the service operate 24 hours a day?

The availability model, analysis hours and response outside working hours are set in the offer. The scope must meet the requirements and budget of the organization.

Who can see company logos?

We define the roles, authorizations and scope of data processing before launch. Access should result from responsibilities related to the operation of the service.
