A SCOPE TAILORED TO YOUR NEEDS
We start with the number of positions, range, applications used and method of communication between locations. We include IP phones, video conferencing, printers and industrial equipment. The location of access points depends on the building conditions and measurements. The plan allows you to pinpoint where you need more bandwidth and where you need better fault tolerance.
Device selection includes port performance, PoE power, management capabilities and support period. We configure network segments, addressing and communication rules between them. For Wi-Fi, we establish separate access for employees and guests. Instead of a collection of independent devices, you get an environment with a clear configuration and a defined method of further maintenance.
Not every device should communicate with every resource. Segmentation, firewalls and appropriate permissions limit the scope of access. We tailor remote connections to the user's role and type of application. The project also includes managing administrative accounts and storing copies of the configuration so that changes can be reproduced.
Monitoring helps you see overloaded links, port errors, coverage problems and device unavailability. We set thresholds and people who receive notifications so that important signals are not lost in the abundance of alarms. In case of problems, we analyze the entire connection route. This allows you to distinguish a local network failure from limitations of the link or the application itself.
When modernizing, we determine the work window, switching sequence and emergency configuration. After the changes, we check the operation of the most important services from the users' perspective. We document addressing, connections and segmentation rules. In an agreed care model, we can then update devices, supervise alarms and assist with expansions.

An office with several meeting rooms may need a separate guest network, stable Wi-Fi and priority for calls. The project starts with checking the current infrastructure. Then we organize the segments, the arrangement of devices and the supervision of the connection so that problems can be located faster.

Yes. First, we check building conditions, disturbances and occupant distribution. Based on this, we plan access points and their configuration.
We will select the method of communication between locations and the requirements for connections. We determine the scope of access to systems separately for employees, servers and devices.
Some works can be prepared in advance. We plan switchovers that affect access at an agreed date along with how to undo the changes.
