NETCLOUD24 · IT infrastructure

Servers for companies.
Technology under our care.

Let's choose a server that suits your company's applications, people and plans. Netcloud24 helps you prepare your environment, transfer services and organize its administration. From a single machine to virtualization, smooth daily operations matter.

A SCOPE TAILORED TO YOUR NEEDS

From analysis to everyday action.

  • Selection of CPU, RAM and disks
  • Linux and Windows Server
  • Virtualization and clusters
  • Application and data migrations
  • Backup and recovery
  • Monitoring and administration

First, the application requirements

Before we choose the processor and disks, we check what tasks the server should perform. An ERP database needs different resources, a remote desktop needs different resources, and an environment of many virtual machines still needs different resources. We collect information about the number of users, load during peak hours and the rate of data growth. Thanks to this, the configuration is based on needs and the expansion plan has a specific point of reference.

On-premises server, cloud or hybrid model

The environment can run on-premises, in a data center, or a combination of both. We compare access to applications, network requirements, backup methods and maintenance costs. We also take into account software limitations and Internet connection availability. You choose a model whose operation and principles of operation you understand before you start the migration.

Virtualization with room for development

Virtual machines help separate server roles and allocate resources more easily. The design takes into account memory, disk performance, network, and the headroom needed during updates or failures. We select clusters and high availability mechanisms to match the agreed level of work continuity. They do not replace backup, which is why we plan data protection as a separate part of the environment.

Migration you can check

When moving the application, we determine the order of changes, the work window and the method of returning to the previous configuration. We test user access, authorizations and connections to other systems. Only after checking the basic scenarios do we start working on the target server. We save the results and settings so that subsequent maintenance does not depend on the memory of one person.

Post-launch administration

We can provide the server with further care: updates, resource supervision, copy control and incident assistance. The scope, service hours and response times are determined in the contract. Regularly reviewing your CPU, memory and space usage allows you to plan your expansion early. You have one point of contact for environmental issues that we have prepared.

FROM NEED TO SOLUTION

What might such a project look like?

A company using ERP and shared files may need to separate the database, user access and backups. In such a project, we start by measuring the load and determining the allowable gap. Then we prepare resources, test the operation of several workstations and plan to transfer the remaining users.

TRANSPARENT COOPERATION

You know what we do.
And what will be the next step.

01

We get to know the environment

We collect requirements, dependencies and limitations. We determine the goal and data needed to prepare the scope of work.

02

We implement and check

We prepare a solution according to the agreed plan. Tests confirm that the scenarios needed by users work.

03

We transmit and maintain

We document the findings and results of work. We can plan further administration, support and development of the environment.

Let's prepare a good action plan.

The "Selection of CPU, RAM and disks" area and the "Linux and Windows Server" area are worth assessing together with the current systems. A common list of dependencies helps indicate needed accesses, contact persons and activities that require prior preparation.

For "Virtualization and Clustering" tasks, we determine what data and resources are needed for testing. Acceptance scenarios should correspond to users' daily work and indicate how to recognize the correct result.

The "Application and data migrations" area requires agreement on responsibility and the method of introducing changes. If the project combines several teams or suppliers, we describe the boundaries of their tasks and how information about the problem is communicated.

In the "Backup and recovery" section, knowledge transfer is also important. Documents and arrangements should remain available to authorized persons so that subsequent handling does not depend solely on the memory of the implementation participants.

Before starting work, we will determine the purpose of the project and the most important dependencies. A description of current tools and information about the expected date will be useful. With such information, it will be easier for us to plan the right first stage.

ANSWERS BEFORE STARTING WORK

Questions about cooperation.

Do I need to buy my own server?

No. We can compare purchasing equipment with a rented server or cloud service. The final choice depends on the application, budget and required access method.

Will you transfer a working system?

First, we check the system requirements and available migration methods. Based on this, we establish a test plan, switching date and possible access interruptions.

Does administration include backup?

The scope of copies, their retention and responsibility for reproduction are described in the offer. The server administration itself does not yet determine which data and applications are to be protected.
