NETCLOUD24 · IT infrastructure

Low-current systems and building infrastructure.
Technology under our care.

Good infrastructure starts with cables, access points and space for devices. We help plan installations and connect them to the enterprise's network and IT systems.

Engineer configuring connections in a network cabinet - Low-voltage systems and building infrastructure

A SCOPE TAILORED TO YOUR NEEDS

From analysis to everyday action.

  • Cable and cabinet plan
  • LAN infrastructure and fiber optics
  • Integration of CCTV and access control
  • Segmentation of building equipment
  • Server room facilities
  • Documentation and acceptance of the installation

Infrastructure plan before installation

A new headquarters or modernization requires gathering the needs of several teams. We determine the number of stations, arrangement of cabinets, cable routes and expected expansion. We include network devices, monitoring and access control. Such a plan allows you to agree on dependencies with construction and electrical contractors before there is no space for the necessary connections.

Cabling and network points

The selection of passive infrastructure results from the required capacity, distance and facility conditions. The plan includes markings, closet organization and documentation of points. We determine the required scope of measurements and performance acceptance. Clear labeling makes it easier to later move stations, locate faults and make changes to the network.

Security devices in the company's network

Cameras, recorders and access controllers require power, communication and appropriate authorizations. We design their place in the network architecture, separating functions from regular positions. We agree on the rules of access to the image and configuration, as well as data storage requirements. We select the range of systems to suit the facility, instead of connecting all devices without control.

Backup for servers and devices

The rack, cooling, power and connections create the operating conditions of the equipment. We help you prepare a list of requirements and link it to your IT infrastructure plan. We pay attention to service access, cable order and possibilities of further expansion. We separate elements requiring specialized executive qualifications in the scope of design and acceptance.

Reception, documentation and further changes

Before handing over the environment, we check the agreed functions and completeness of documentation. A list of points, devices and connections helps the administrator get to know the facility. We also establish rules for reporting faults and making changes. When a company expands its office, you can go back to the current plan instead of recreating the installation process from the beginning.

Space for service and further expansion

Cable routes, port inventory and cabinet organization all influence future changes. We agree on access to devices and how to update the markings after each expansion. It is also worth keeping information about elements that are not visible after the work is completed. As-built documentation helps you later check the installation progress without unnecessary opening of the structure or disconnection of running services.

FROM NEED TO SOLUTION

What might such a project look like?

When moving to a new office, the sample design includes points for workstations, meeting rooms, Wi-Fi and facility security devices. A common connection map allows you to coordinate installation works. After launch, we check access to services and provide markings and documentation for further administration.

TRANSPARENT COOPERATION

You know what we do.
And what will be the next step.

01

We get to know the environment

We collect requirements, dependencies and limitations. We determine the goal and data needed to prepare the scope of work.

02

We implement and check

We prepare a solution according to the agreed plan. Tests confirm that the scenarios needed by users work.

03

We transmit and maintain

We document the findings and results of work. We can plan further administration, support and development of the environment.

Let's prepare a good action plan.

The “Cable and Cabinet Plan” scope and the “LAN Infrastructure and Fiber Optics” area are worth assessing together with your current systems. A common list of dependencies helps indicate needed accesses, contact persons and activities that require prior preparation.

For tasks including "CCTV and access control integration", we determine what data and resources are needed for testing. Acceptance scenarios should correspond to users' daily work and indicate how to recognize the correct result.

The "Segmentation of building devices" area requires agreement on responsibility and the method of introducing changes. If the project combines several teams or suppliers, we describe the boundaries of their tasks and how information about the problem is communicated.

Before starting work, we will determine the purpose of the project and the most important dependencies. To begin with, you will need: information about the current organization of the environment and examples of situations requiring improvement. With this information, it will be easier for us to prepare a plan that meets the needs of your team.

ANSWERS BEFORE STARTING WORK

Questions about cooperation.

Will you prepare a design for the new office?

We can collect IT requirements, plan points and connections, and establish dependencies with other installations. The exact scope of work depends on the facility.

Should cameras have a separate network?

Separating communications and permissions often makes protection and maintenance easier. We select segmentation based on devices and how the system is used.

What documents will I receive after the work?

Scope may include point breakdowns, wiring diagrams, configurations and agreed acceptance protocols. We prepare a list of documents before implementation.
